Who can join as talent or seller?
Anyone living in Nyarugusu camp (or the wider Kigoma area we serve) with a skill or product to offer can apply. We verify identity and location so clients and buyers can trust the platform.
How do payments work? Is my money safe?
You can pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money (Tanzania), or international credit/debit card. Payment is held by the platform until the work is delivered or the product is shipped. We take a small service fee (5–10%); the rest goes to the talent or artisan.
How do you verify talent?
We check ID and camp/location, and where possible we work with local partners to confirm skills. Every profile on the directory has passed this verification.
Can I request an appointment or delivery date?
Yes. On each talent profile you can use “Request appointment” to suggest a date and time. For products, delivery or collection can be agreed after purchase via the contact details we provide.
Do you ship internationally?
For physical goods, we are setting up shipping options. Contact us for your country. Digital services (translation, data entry, design) are delivered online.
How can my organisation partner with you?
NGOs and businesses can use our For NGOs & Businesses page to request local partners, skilled labour, or bulk orders. We also offer lead generation and sponsorship options.
